The Symmetry Sessions

Between Theory and Practice

Season 1 Episode 27

In this episode, I talk to Dr. Danielle Taylor licensed psychologist, nationally certified school psychologist, Chief Operating Officer at Spectrum360, and Psychologist at Evolve Psychological Services about how our frame of reference influences our work as therapists and the development of the models we use as well as how some therapeutic approaches fall short because of a lack of lived experiences.  We'll dive into the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model of therapy, the responsibilities of leadership in the therapy community, and resourcing skills that might be helpful for when those models aren't enough.
